Veroi is a privacy-first meeting intelligence app for macOS that captures, transcribes, and analyzes your conversations entirely on-device. Unlike cloud-based notetakers, Veroi never sends meeting content off your machine — all AI processing runs locally using open-source models (Gemma and Qwen) via Apple's MLX framework. The app records dual-channel audio (separate mic and system audio) and identifies speakers through on-device diarization, working across any platform including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Discord, and Webex, as well as in-person meetings, interviews, and lectures — all without a bot joining the call. Beyond single-meeting notes, Veroi builds a searchable memory across meetings over time, tracking recurring meetings with change detection, generating pre-meeting briefs automatically, and organizing work into projects with milestones and risks.
