Textream
Voice-tracking teleprompter for streaming, interviews & presentations
Overview
Textream is a free, open-source macOS teleprompter that listens to your voice and highlights your script in real-time using on-device speech recognition. It displays text in a Dynamic Island-style overlay at the top of your screen, a draggable floating window with frosted glass effects, or fullscreen on a Sidecar iPad. Designed for streamers, interviewers, presenters, and podcasters, Textream keeps your script visible only to you while you maintain eye contact with the camera. All processing happens on-device with no cloud, no accounts, and no tracking.
Minimum macOS: 15.0 (Sequoia)
