Overview
Sero is a local-first macOS app that lets you search, summarize, and chat with your PDFs, notes, and research documents entirely on-device. Powered by Ollama with support for Qwen, Llama, Mistral, and DeepSeek models, Sero processes everything offline with zero telemetry — your files never leave your Mac. Index folders of documents for semantic search, get AI-generated summaries and key takeaways, and ask questions grounded in your own documents. Built natively in Swift for Apple Silicon, Sero requires macOS 14 or later.
