Nimbalyst
Open-source visual workspace for Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode
Overview
Nimbalyst is an open-source desktop workspace for building with coding agents. Run Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and Copilot sessions in parallel, each isolated in its own git worktree, and organise them on a session kanban board instead of juggling terminal tabs. Beyond session management it adds visual WYSIWYG editors for markdown, Mermaid and Excalidraw diagrams, mockups, CSV and data models, plus inline diff review across every file type before you merge. Includes an embedded terminal, AI-assisted git commits, an extension system for custom editors, real-time collaborative editing for teams, and a companion mobile app for checking sessions away from your desk. Free for individuals with no feature limits, MIT licensed, and the successor to Crystal.
