Overview

Mach is a system-wide dictation app for macOS that turns speech into finished, formatted text in any app. Hold Fn, ramble, pause, or change direction, and Mach cleans out fillers and false starts, adds punctuation and structure, then adapts the result to the app you are in and the tone you picked. It captures at 240+ words per minute, roughly five times typing speed, and works across Gmail, Notion, Google Docs, Figma, iMessage, and anywhere else you write. It handles 87 languages and regional variants, switches languages mid-sentence in Multilingual mode, and can output non-Latin languages in Latin script when you want Hinglish or Romaji. A managed cloud pipeline means there are no speech or language models to pick, download, or update; raw audio and transcripts are not retained in Mach's logs by default. Free for 2,500 words a month, $6/month for unlimited.
