Overview
GroxStudio is a native macOS front end for xAI's Grok CLI that brings projects, conversations, and agent activity into one workspace without replacing the command line underneath. It reads your existing local Grok CLI history and sessions, so you can pick up a conversation in the app and drop back to the terminal whenever you want. Projects keep repository work separate from general chats, real Mac tabs hold several conversations at once and remember where you left each one, and the full turn stays readable in context: plans, tool calls, permission prompts, git-style file diffs, and delegated subagent work instead of scrolling terminal output. An activity bar tracks spawned subagents, local notifications fire when an agent finishes outside the focused chat, and agent work keeps running while the display is locked. Currently in free alpha and requires an existing Grok CLI account.
