Overview
Enchanted is an open-source, native macOS application that provides a polished ChatGPT-style interface for chatting with privately hosted language models through Ollama. It connects to your local Ollama server, keeping all conversations on-device with no external dependencies or data sharing. Supports multimodal interactions with image attachments, voice input, text-to-speech, markdown rendering with formatted code blocks and tables, custom system prompts, conversation history, and Spotlight search integration.
