Overview
Cue is a native macOS app for authoring, organizing, and reusing prompts. Prompts are plain markdown files with YAML front matter, so there is no database, cloud account, or proprietary index behind them — you can edit them in any text editor and sync the folder through iCloud, Dropbox, or git via transparent symlink support. Write templates with {{name}} variables that become fillable fields with live preview, group prompts into project folders, pin favorites to the top of the sidebar, and hand a finished prompt off to Claude or ChatGPT in a single action.
Pricing: Free
