Overview
AIPointer is a lightweight, open-source overlay tool that lets you point your cursor at any region of your screen, hold a hotkey (Right-Cmd or Right-Ctrl), and instantly ask AI questions about what you see — no window switching, no screenshots. Slash commands cover common tasks: /summary, /translate, /code, and /identify. Supports multiple AI providers including OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini with your own API keys. Voice input is also supported. No telemetry, no analytics, fully open source under MIT license.
