Overview
Admiral is a native macOS IDE built with Swift and AppKit that integrates AI coding agents directly into the development workflow. Powered by Claude Code with Codex support coming soon, it runs parallel AI sessions in isolated git worktrees without context collision. Features a multi-panel workspace for simultaneous project browsing, AI conversations, and code review with side-by-side diffs. Includes an integrated native terminal with ANSI support, AI-generated conventional commit messages, and visual review of AI-suggested edits before execution. Local-first with no telemetry — API keys stored in macOS Keychain with direct provider connections.
